Fr. Dessie Corrigan Retires after 28 Years of Dedicated Service in Cill Cluana Parish

After 28 years of selfless service to the community, Fr. Dessie Corrigan bid farewell to the parish of Cill Cluana, encompassing Ballymacnab, Granemore, and Clady. Fr. Corrigan, a beloved figure throughout the parish and beyond, received a warm welcome as he arrived at the event, greeted by a standing ovation from the attendees. The joyous occasion brought together Fr. Corrigan’s close family members, including his sister Nora, nephews, nieces, cousins, and extended family, alongside numerous parishioners and well-wishers.

As he steps down from his role in Cill Cluana Parish, Fr. Corrigan will continue his service in the Cathedral parish of Armagh. His wisdom, kindness, and leadership will undoubtedly enrich the lives of his native City.
