- Conduct oneself in a professional manner, and represent a client’s best interests within the limits of one’s professional responsibility.
- Protect a client’s confidential information at all times.
- Accurately represent to clients the existence of model and property releases for photographs.
- Maintain a level of indemnity and liability insurance to cover clients, venues and employees.
- Conduct inspections of equipment as required by current legislation.
- Comply with relevant child & vulnerable adult protection legislation.
- Be professional, fair, polite and honest towards clients, employers, employees, suppliers and members of the public and at all times operate with professional integrity maintaining confidences and confidentiality.
- Take all reasonable measures to maintain a professional standard of work and to improve the standard of event photography as a profession.
- Ensure that all event photography business dealings are conducted lawfully.
- Do nothing that may damage the reputation or standing of the business.
