Ancient Order of Hibernians Parade Returns to Keady

More than 1,000 Hibernians and band members took part in the annual Ancient Order of Hibernians parade in Keady, Co. Armagh, marking the parade’s return to the town for the first time in 60 years. The parade attracted visitors from across Ireland, including Donegal, Cork, Antrim, Derry, Down and Tyrone, as well as visitors from Scotland. A wide variety of bands participated, including pipe, flute and accordion bands. Crowds gathered along the streets of Keady to watch the parade as it made its way from Gerard McGlennon Park to the Tommy Makem Centre, bringing a large number of visitors to the town.
